Please read over our policies before booking your appointment.

Refund Policy

Lashes by Tandi does not offer refunds on service deposits, packages, products, or gift cards. 

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to book each service. Only appointments paid in full at time of booking, and canceled with 24-hour notice or more will receive a 50% refund.


Cancellation Policy

This policy is NOT a refund policy. Appointments canceled with 24-hour notice or more will receive a deposit credit valid for (6) weeks from the original appointment date and applicable to all services offered by Lashes by Tandi. You will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem through the online booking system. After 6 weeks, the deposit is forfeited.

Rescheduling Policy

Appointments rescheduled with 24-hour notice or more will transfer deposit to the new appointment date and time. 

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will forfeit the deposit. Prebooked appointments will be charged 50% of the service cost at the time of cancellation/rescheduling.  

If you ‘No Show’ your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service charge, no exceptions.

The 24 hour Cancellation and Rescheduling policies determine whether you will LOSE or KEEP your 50% deposit as a credit, these policies are NOT refund policies.

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. If you are late, the service time will be reduced accordingly and you will still be required to pay full price.  

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled. This will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited. 

Late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment time.  In special cases, and when the schedule will allow, we may be able to accomodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notice of late arrival.
