Thank you for choosing Lashes by Tandi for your Lash Lift experience! After the consultation, feel free to indulge in a much needed nap, or bring your air buds to listen to your favorite podcast. There is limited to no talking during this service to maintain calm, closed, twitch-free eyes. A blanket will be available for your added comfort.
Avoid Caffeine – Stimulants like coffee may affect your ability to lay still. The more relaxed you are, the smoother the service will flow.
Arrive with Clean, Makeup-Free Lashes – Dirty lashes may affect how well the solutions penetrate your lashes and process, thus affecting the end result. While your lashes will be prepped and cleansed prior to service, old buildup and/or waterproof makeup may still leave behind remnants after cleansing, so be sure to clean well.
Avoid harsh rubbing or scrubbing the day of service as eyelid skin is very delicate. We do not want irritated, sensitive eye prior to service.
Silence Phones – No phone calls will be answered or text messages checked during your appointment. Please prepare family, friends, and coworkers for your absence in advance.
Plan Ahead - Arrive a few minutes early to find parking and use the restroom prior to service. Please park in areas that accommodate the duration of your service plus extra.
Ex. If your service is 1.5 hours, do not park in 1 hour parking as there will not be an opportunity for you to extend your parking. GPS addresses for parking options can be found in the confirmation email.
Aftercare - The Lash Lift is a chemical service akin to certain chemical hair services. Thus, extra care is needed to maintain the results of the service and health of your lashes. Elleeplex Lash Serum will be available for purchase at the end of your service for at-home care.
